Reach Homeowners Who Want Coated Floors

Paintingoccasion Floor Coating is not an employer, and there are no staff jobs here. We are a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent contractors who coat garage and concrete floors. If you run your own floor business, joining the network can bring you homeowners who are ready to talk about a project.

Who Fits the Network

We look for independent providers who work in or near the Garfield Heights area and handle jobs such as:

• Epoxy garage floors
• Polyaspartic floor coating
• Concrete floor coating and custom floor finishes
• Related flooring work, including hardwood flooring installation, where offered

Small owner-run shops and larger outfits are both welcome.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often new to this, so we care about how providers treat them. We expect providers to:

• Hold any license or registration required where they work
• Carry their own insurance
• Explain prep, materials and cure times in plain words
• Give written quotes and clear warranty terms
• Respond to homeowner requests with courtesy and in a timely way
• Do the work as described and leave the space clean

You stay independent. You set your own prices, run your own jobs and sign your own contracts with homeowners.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@paintingoccasion.living. Please include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The coatings and floor services you offer
• A little about your prep process
• Proof of any required license and insurance, if you have it ready

We will read each note and reply with next steps. Joining is not automatic, and referral volume varies by season and area.
