Homeowners who reach out to Paintingoccasion Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to share a concern and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by writing to the provider and keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Paintingoccasion Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to File a Complaint

• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short summary of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
